Whether you are looking for bed and breakfast, to book a cottage for a long weekend or rent all the accommodation at Boconnoc for family and friends over your wedding or a holiday, Boconnoc is the ideal escape. The main house and surrounding three cottages are tucked in the heart of the estate down two miles of private driveway so all you hear during your stay is the river flowing along the valley and birdsong.

Boconnoc House is perfect for large house parties, with 9 bedrooms and bathrooms, four large reception rooms, kitchen, a games room and a library with a projector for movie nights it has everything you need to entertain large numbers of guests. The three holiday cottages are situated around the Stable Yard just above the main house and sleep 8, 6 and 4 people. There are beautiful walks through the grounds and gardens or you can sit and have sundowners and a picnic by the lake. Bring bikes as there are good cycle routes along the private roads and a vast range of things to explore while you are here from secret beaches, bustling fishing villages, delicious pubs and restaurants and wildlife centres or head off on a canoe trip down the Lerryn River and stop for lunch in Fowey or Golant.

All the accommodation is inclusive of heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. There is wifi available in the estate office close to the cottages.
