Francesca Sloan is an ex fashion designer and long time yoga student turned yoga teacher, who turned her lust for freedom and endless creativity into a reality of both classical and modernised yoga practices.
This September Francesca will be running her “A space to …” retreat at Boconnoc.
A space to ….. you fill in the blank.
This retreat is all about expansion and space. This is the space to listen to what you need and what works for you. It is about revealing and tapping into your authentic self.
During the retreat, each individual will have space and time to explore the inwards and the outwards. To feel like we can be free we must feel safe in our surroundings, to be able to let go, and to discover ourselves more deeply and to connect with others and feel safe to and open to just be without pressure or agenda.
There will be lots of room for alone time, and also plenty of time together. Get lost and explore, not only these beautiful surroundings, but also yourself. Each day the practices will be different, with two practices per day Friday – Sunday, one practice on Thursday and Monday, and of course workshops, activities and rituals woven in throughout. The yoga practices will as always be open and designed to give you the confidence to expand your practice in all of its many different paths, and hopefully to discover something new and bright that has been waiting to be lit up deep within.
