Simply having a wonderful Christmas time

We’re taking time to restore, celebrate and nurture this festive season.
Inspired by ‘The Slow Food Movement’ which calls for a celebration of food that is locally grown, made to nourish the body, and appreciated when eaten. We are encouraging our guests to get back to nature by harvesting their own vegetables, straight from the earth in our Kitchen Garden, or by using the produce already stored in our winter storage shed.

Book a stay (starting from £525 for a short break in the Head Groom’s house) and enjoy our ‘Slow Food’ hamper which includes local meat, vegetables freshly picked from our Kitchen Garden, cream and dairy products from a local dairy, homemade mince pies, and more.
