Switch off, indulge in total relaxation, and drink in some of Cornwall’s most beautiful scenery—all from the vantage point of Boconnoc’s Dairy House, which sleeps eight. Formerly an old dairy, as its name suggests, this renovated house remains one of the estate’s most beloved corners.
Though its exterior is the picture of tradition, inside, the Dairy House is full of quirky vibrancy dreamed up by interior designer Sarah Fortescue. The playful décor features furnishings sourced from around the globe, though a number of distinctly local touches are also hidden within. Look for the classic Boconnoc toile, and run a hand along the dining table, made from a cross-section of oak sourced directly from the estate.
