Groom's House

A bucolic bolthole

If you’re planning a rural retreat, the Groom’s House makes for a lovely stay. The renovated cottage in Cornwall—one of two that flank the Stable Yard—features a traditional exterior and other endearing nooks and crannies.

Inside, a recent renovation has left it spacious enough for parties of up to six, who can while away the afternoon in the light and airy open-plan kitchen and sitting room, and rest their heads at night in the double room and two twin rooms, all of which are en-suite.

"We spent a very happy week in the lovely Groom’s Cottage as a family of 5 plus our dog.
The grounds are idyllic as you can wander for miles & it's not far from beautiful beaches & local attractions. I’d recommend a week here to everyone!" Tessa
