What could be better than acres of glorious private countryside to run wild and free? At Boconnoc you can be assured that there are plenty of activities for children to keep every age entertained. We want your stay with us to be as relaxing and hassle free as possible so we have put a few things in place for families which will help you do just that.
As well as a few practicalities we have taken care of so you don’t have to, there are some activities onsite which will ensure that everyone has been catered for. Below we’ve put together a bit of a guide on what is available for each age group so before you arrive they can get excited about things to do during their stay.
We are passionate about Boconnoc being a place for everyone to enjoy, no matter what age you are. We want families to feel very much at home during their stay, and hopefully leave with memories of new adventures and a connection with nature and each other.
We have some items available for you to use during your stay to save you the hassle of having to bring everything with you when you travel to us. These items include:
Travel cots available to be put up for your arrival
Highchairs in your accommodation on arrival
Bowls, plates and cutlery for little ones
Changing tables (main house)

For children Boconnoc is a magical place to create memories filled with days spent outside immersed in nature, exploring hidden corners and secret spots. Here are a few ideas of things to do for little ones during your stay:
Use the craft space filled with crayons, paper, shells, ribbon, pine cones
Spot the springtime tadpoles in the lake (with a grown-up!)
Leaf rubbing using a fallen leaf, some plain paper and a crayon
Spot the wildlife around the estate; butterflies, bumblebees, dragonflies
Pick fruit and veg from the kitchen garden or collect eggs from the chickens
Play giant jenga, ping-pong or table football in the Games Room
Pack a picnic and go on an adventure
Older children and teenagers love the freedom and variety of things to do at Boconnoc. We’ve put together a list of things which may just spike their interest:
Borrow the paddle boards and cruise around on the lake
Bring your bikes and cycle the endless trails
Set up our football goals for a quick match
Play ping-pong, table football or pool in the Games Room
Hook-up to the wifi and stream a movie on the projector (main house)
Set up a game of tennis on the onsite court
Borrow our Ooni pizza oven and make homemade pizzas
