We have a bountiful Kitchen Garden just along the lane from the Stewardry which is open for guests to pick their own produce during their stay. Just let the office know when you would like to pick produce and then pay by weight before heading back to your cottage to create delicious dishes with zero food miles. If you fancy cooking up a storm during your stay, you can hire our Ooni pizza oven for £30 a day, just enquire with the Estate Office.
Gather your friends and family, light the campfire and enjoy dining al fresco under the stars. Set in a magically secluded space next to our water powered sawmill and surrounded by nature, our outdoor kitchen will be a memorable highlight of your stay.
If you would like us to set up a BBQ at the outdoor kitchen, just let us know. We can also provide seasonal produce from our Kitchen Garden for you to enjoy.
Our lake is the perfect spot for wild swimming or taking to the water for a paddle. We have paddle boards available to hire from the Estate Office, you will just need to book them out for a specific slot during your stay. Email events@boconnoc.com to book, or speak to a member of staff on arrival. Paddleboards are £15 per board for ½ day. Rental is during office hours 9am till 1pm and 1pm to 5pm.

Explore the endless tracks, roads and trails within the confines of the Estate. Contact the Estate Office to hire mountain bikes during your stay, or bring bikes from home. At Boconnoc you will find endless walking and running trails. In the accommodation packs you will find our suggested walks, or just ask the team in the Estate Office who will be able to give you some tips depending on what you may be looking for.
The Tennis Court is tucked away just between the Shrubbery and the Stewardry set in glorious countryside, with only the sound of the birds and breeze for company. Collect rackets and tennis balls from the Estate Office, and book a slot for your game, set and match.
The younger members of your family will love the purpose made Games Room in the Stable Yard. Complete with Football Table, Pool Table and Ping Pong, there is something to delight everyone and keep them happy rain or shine.
We also have a selection of outdoor games and activities which are available to use during your stay including football goals, croquet, giant jenga and ring toss. Just speak to a member of the Estate Office team who will be able to organise these for you.
Courtesy of Hauora Home, you can book therapists to come to you during your stay here with us. From manicures and pedicure, to facials and massage, why not indulge in some relaxation time without leaving the front door.
Take advantage of the many bountiful foraging spots across the estate, think wild garlic pesto, three-cornered leek scones and blackberry crumbles. We can also put you in touch with local foraging experts if you would like to book a private foraging walk on the estate during your stay.
Stocked with all of our favourite local producers our honesty shop is full to the brim with unique and artisan suppliers. From hand-crafted foraged gin which has been distilled on the estate, to divine interiors, preserves, gifts and postcards, there is plenty of opportunity to take a little piece of Cornwall home with you.
We work with a fantastic selection of local partners who, subject to availability, are able to travel to Boconnoc to deliver their services.
